"Everyone must find their cause"

One of the founding members of Overwatch, Ana uses her skills and expertise to defend her home and the people she cares for. Hailing from a long line of decorated soldiers, Ana inspired confidence and loyalty in her colleagues and endowed her daughter, Fareeha Amari — Pharah, with an intense sense of duty and honor. Like her daughter, she bore a tattoo of an Eye of Horus as a symbol of protection. Likewise, her callsign in the Egyptian Military during the Omnic Crisis was "Horus."

Ana is regarded as one of the world's deadliest snipers. She originally used a Kinamura rifle, upon which she added a notch for every life she took. Each life weighed heavily on her conscience, and while some snipers preferred to wound targets, in order to lure out more potential targets, she preferred to perform clean kills, disliking causing needless suffering. Her right eye, originally cybernetic, made her vision six times greater than normal, to the extent where she rarely even needed to use the scope.

Hey all,

Welcome to my first Heroes Fire build.

First of all, I'm a long time blizzard fan and have played Heroes of the Storm since Early Alpha. I've seen the game in it's many stages and have a broad understanding of hero and map strategy.

Tier 1

Piercing Darts

All 3 of Ana's level 1 talents are pretty exciting, but this talent really shines. Not only is Ana's sleep-dart an amazing ability for a support role hero, but it is also extremely easy to hit.
The first quest reward is pretty nice. Hitting 2 heroes with sleep dart can often save you when getting chased or being dove, but the real standout here is the second reward.
Double healing dart is amazing, especially in team fights. It can be difficult enough healing somebody in the centre of a fight with your team-mates blocking your shots, this solves this and essentially doubles your heal output.

Tier 2


Overdose is great considering Ana's damage over time does not cancel sleep. Sleep darting somebody (which we already want to be doing for out lvl 1 talent) and applying damage is great.
Follow this up with 2 attack for max stacks.

Tier 3

Mind-Numbing Agent

This can be a tough choice between Mind-Numbing Agent & Temporary Blindness. I find Mind-Numbing Agent to be much more reliable especially when using the Overdose combo listed previously. If you aren't using Overdose, probably don't use Mind-Numbing Agent


I'm going to talk about both ultimate abilities here, they are both viable.

Eye of Horus

Eye of Horus brings cross map support and damage to the table. This ability can seem weak on the surface but if used correctly can be amazing. You can use it to finish off low enemies, heal team mates in other lanes/fights, stop enemies from capping objectives, and many more.

Though this Ult is great, it also comes with some downsides. These shot's can easily be body blocked by a smart enemy team, or your heals body blocked by a dumb team mate. Making this ult sometimes amazing, sometimes not so much.

Nano Boost

Nano Boost doesn't bring as much support to the game as Eye of Horus though increases your team's fighting potential drastically. Using this ultimate in dive comps on heroes such as Butcher & Sonya is devastating.

This Ultimate can also be terrible with the wrong team. Applying Nano Boost to somebody in Solo Queue can often lead to a waste of an ultimate. Pick your ultimate accordingly.

Tier 5

Purifying Darts

This ability is 100% team comp reliant. If the enemy team runs lots of stuns, pick Smelling Salts. If they run slows, pick Purifying Darts. If they have barely any CC, pick Speed Serum.
In your average comp, Purifying Darts is the best simply because of the bonus healing.

Tier 6


Sharpshooter is just a generally great talent to increase your healing output. This Talent can be swapped out for Contact Healing if you are running a Double Support Composition. Concentrated Doses seems good considering how fast we stack Doses thanks to Overdose but it only affects you when in a fight, which isn't super consistent.

Tier 7

Somnolent Doses

Somnolent Doses brings extra CC to the table, hitting sleep dart followed by 2 AA's puts the target to sleep twice allowing great setup and damage.

Ballistic Advantage

Ballistic Advantage is great, this increases your Ultimate's potential a lot. Hitting these shots into team fights will have both great results in healing and damage.

Nano Infusion

This Talent is great for Heroes diving into the middle of fights such as Sonya. Gives your diving Heroes much more survivability and can very often result in winning a fight.
