Ive found this is the better choice of the two ulti's combined with Battle Momentum it is up often.





Combining this with the Tempest Fury talent at 16, you are using Frost Resilience every time you use Windfury.





As per last talent this does extra damage stacks with Frost Resilience and Battle Momentum.





Gives you a global ulti that can help with disruption of objectives and out of range team fights I take this over bolt as you already have a frequent run on Windfury.
