If the opposite team has a lot of control, consider taking Demonic Form instead of Nexus Blades.

Jaina


Depending on the opposite team, Improved Ice Block can be replaced by Icy Veins.
You can also replace Northern Exposure by Numbing Blast for more control.

Nova


Depending on the team composition and map, Precision Strike can be replaced by Triple Tap.
In this case, replacing Rewind by Fast Reload can be interesting.

Sylvanas


If you are constantly targeted by other assassins, choose Blood for Blood at level 16 instead of Cold Embrace in order to gain some survivability.

Zeratul


You can also consider replacing Assassin's Blade by Wormhole, and Rewind by Nexus Blades.
