Several completely non-viable builds here... no details about talent choice decisions doesn't help either. As a guide, I give this 1/10. As a list of useful builds, 6/10

hero has no powers and super hero has powers,
heroes of the storm, has heroes with powers others do not,
super is always a bit more...
